Helping the Poor

Episode 354: You see them from the time to time on the side of the road. Usually they are armed with a sign which says something to the effect of “Anything will help. God Bless.” Sometimes they come up to you at the store asking for money. What do we do with these folks? I heard some pretty harsh solutions recently which I discuss as I consider the application of the Golden Rule to the poor.
